Cisterna, Mendez: "We still played a good game"

“We are still a long way from developing the kind of volleyball we want to play, but we still played a good game tonight,” explained Marcelo Mendez, the new coach of Itas Trentino, after the match. “We played particularly well in attack, which helped us in our side-out. I am satisfied and hope that our team will continue to improve.”
Itas Trentino will return to Trento tonight and, starting Thursday morning, will begin preparing for their next SuperLega match, scheduled for Sunday, October 26, at 4 p.m. at the BTS Arena in Trento against Sonepar Padova. Ticket presales are already available.
