Diatec Trentino took by force the PalaFiera of Forli starting in the best way the week that will face the first away match of the European season in Salonicco and the highly anticipated derby with A22 Modena (on Sunday at PalaTrento). Tonight the Italian champions have returned with a victory, that was missing from the first day of the regular season of Super League (in Monza), imposing 3-0 to CMC Romagna of former Bari (on the bench due to an injury), Della Lunga and Polo. A valuable and substantially correct outcome as showed by the team of Stoytchev during the match, which projects again the Yellow-blues to the third place in the standings thanks to the concomitant home defeat of Perugia against Civitanova.
The hosts have confirmed that they were suffering for the appointment with Trento (ninth defeat in three sets in as many direct comparisons) and they committed lots of fouls in the service (14 errors in three sets) and altogether too timid at times when they had managed to embarrass the tricolors. With a good choral test in serving and defending, Diatec Trentino managed to get on top of a match that presented difficulties only at the beginning of the second set when the CMC had found the only real advantage of its match (4-8); recomposed the tear with a great Antonov at service (3 aces), for Lanza and companions everything was quite simple because the same Captain (16 points), Solé (10 with 82% by the net) and Djuric (13 but some blocks too soon) helped to bring home the second consecutive 3-0 in the regular season.
