The one on Thursday, March 29 in Perugia, in the house of Sir Safety Conad, will be for Trentino Volley the eleventh semifinal Scudetto of the Play Offs in sixteen participations, the tenth in the last eleven years. The challenge at this stage of the board with the Umbrian team will be the remake of the match that took place in the 2015 edition (victory of Diatec in three matches, 2-1) and 2017 (victory in five matches, 3-2); in the other eight semi-finals there was room for two duels with Cuneo and Modena and one with Treviso, Roma, Lube, and Latina. The player who has scored the most number of matches in this phase with the yellow-blue shirt remains Emanuele Birarelli, who reached in the 2014/15 a total of 60 appearances (21 of these are related to semi-final championship matches). The  one in the current team is instead Filippo Lanza: 44 appearances, including 15 in the semifinals.
