“We did our best until the end of the match and for this reason I am very proud of the team and of what the guys have done during all the season - said Angelo Lorenzetti, Trentino Volley’s trainer at the end of the Semi-final series - this leaves a bad taste in our mouth because we didn’t manage to organize and exploit the advantage of the beginning of the second set, also because of Perugia’s merits. In the third set we lacked the final spring we needed to win against a team that demonstrate to be better. We tried everything in order to win, also with some changes, but it wasn’t enough. We left the Play Off with no regrets but very proudly”.
