BLM Group Arena, the first ranked are getting ready for Sunday’s challenge in Vibo

Today in the afternoon Itas Trentino started training again. The World Champions, who are now first in the rankings of SuperLega for the first time in this season, after a day and a half off, started training again in the weight room to get ready for the next challenge of regular season.
Like last week, also during this one the team will play just one match, against Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia valid as the seventeenth round of championship on Sunday, 13th January in Calabria region (live on Radio Dolomiti and Lega Volley Channel starting from 6 pm). On Tuesday and Friday, the training program to get ready for the match will be divided into physical and technical preparation, similar to training session carried out today, whereas on Wednesday the team will work only in the weight room; on Thursday they will train also in the morning, concentrating only on individual technic.
The leave for Vibo Valentia is set for Sunday morning, in the evening Itas Trentino will train again. After having played the match in Calabria, Itas Trentino will travel to Germany to take part in the returning match of the round of sixteen of 2019 CEV Cup against Hypo Tirol Alpenvolleys Haching already on Tuesday 15th January.
