Operation “Coppa Italia 2019” kicks off on Friday

Operation “Del Monte® Coppa Italia Final Four 2019” starts officially on Friday February 8th for Diatec Trentino. Around 10 am Yellow-blues are going to meet in front of the BLM Group Arena and leave direction Bologna, estimated time of arrival 12:30am. Two years after the 2017 Coppa Italia Final lost 1-3 against Civitanova, Trentino Volley team will return to Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno during the afternoon and acclimate with the court. As second team in the table rank, Yellow-blues are going to train on Friday before Lube’s session: from 6pm to 7:30pm, after Azimut Modena and Sir Safety Conad Perugia, Angelo Lorenzetti’s team will practice with technique and tactics in preparation for the match. For the twelfth Coppa Italia Final Four of Trentino Volley’s history all thirteen players are available, escorted by the technical staff, medical staff and managers.

In Bologna Yellow-blues already played six official matches, including three finals:
- May 9th 2010: Itas Trentino-Bre Banca Lannutti Cuneo 1-3 (V-Day – Finale Scudetto 2010)
- March 8th2014: Copra Elior Piacenza-Itas Trentino 3-1 (Semifinal Coppa Italia 2014)
- January 10th 2015: ENERGY T.I. Diatec Trentino-Sir Safety Perugia 3-2 (Semifinal Coppa Italia 2015)
- January 11th 2015: Parmareggio Modena-ENERGY T.I. Diatec Trentino 3-1 (Final Coppa Italia 2015)
- January 28th 2017: Diatec Trentino-Azimut Modena 3-2 (Semifinal Coppa Italia 2017)
- January 29th 2017: Cucine Lube Civitanova-Diatec Trentino 3-1 (Final Coppa Italia 2017)
