Grebennikov towards match 3: “The warmness of our public will be of main importance"

Jenia Grebennikov was hosted this morning by the offices of Radio Dolomiti for the weekly episode of the transmission “Trentino Volley in FM”, dedicated to the Club of via Trener by its yellow-blue media partner. The French libero told the conductors Laura Paolazzi and Gabriele Biancardi about the waiting for match 3 of quarter-finals of Play Off Scudetto 2019 and many other topics. 
“There was a lot of sadness and displeasure in our dressing room on Sunday night after the defeat we experienced – he revealed - . At the same time, I saw a lot of determination and thirst of redemption when I went back to the gym to start our weekly training sessions. Match 3 will be a decisive match, we can’t fail and we’re all focused on it. We’re in good shape and we did a good training session and I’m sure we will play next match just like we always did at home. We did a lot of mistakes in counterattacking at Kioene Arena but a bad match can happen during a whole season. It was just an episode, we have to react as a group and make the most of our experience in Istanbul: we were 0-2 and then we managed to come back and to win the tie-break. It surely is a good memory that must prompt us into being confident about ourselves”.

Who strikes harder among the spikers I played against? Leon, he’s able to spike the ball very high and it’s hard to defend versus him.
