Lorenzetti: "We have always stayed in the game and if we had put the intensity"

"We have always stayed in the game and if we had put the intensity we saw tonight in all the previous games we could have certainly got some more points in the standings - said Itas Trentino coach Angelo Lorenzetti at the end of the 74th A22 derby -. We can't regret the third set, because we never had the chance to clinch it. Modena has players who are able to find solutions, who can make up for some mistakes previously made, while we don't have this ability yet. It's difficult to play with such strong teams but we have to come to terms with it".
The league will now stop, returning only on Sunday 1st March, when Itas Trentino will again face Top Volley Cisterna at home. Before then our team will play in the Czech Republic on Wednesday, 19th February for the last decisive round of the Pool A of 2020 CEV Champions League versus Ceske Budejovice (5 pm) and in Bologna on Saturday, 22nd February for the semi-final of 2020 Del Monte® Coppa Italia to play against Cucine Lube Civitanova.
