SuperLega, the big match is won by Lube: the Eurosuole Forum remains tabu’

The mid-week big match of the SuperLega Credem Banca 2020/21 rewards the host team Cucine Lube. The Eurosuole Forum of Civitanova Marche has rejected again this evening the attempted assault of an Itas Trentino which had to yield in three sets in front of the hosts, very determined at the start of the game and good afterward to contain between second and third set the attempt to the comeback of the guests.
The giallo-blù team struggled to get into the game, keeping the best actions of the evening for the second set, in which it fought point to point with the opponent. The greater attack incisiveness of Leal (at the end MVP, 15 points with 71%) and of Juantorena (best scorer with 16 and 65%) made the difference in the important moment and on all the occasions in which the dispute was animated. Among the ranks of the Itas Trentino 16 winning balls also for Nimir Abdel-Aziz (with 48%, two blocks and an ace), the only one to go in double figures together with Kooy (10).
The opportunity for redemption for Itas Trentino will be at the appointment on Sunday evening in Piacenza.
