SuperLega, 3-0 against Milano: Itas Trentino grabs third place on the ranking

As perfect conclusion of these holidays, Itas Trentino finally wins for the first time of this 2021 on home field, 11th consecutive victory, 3rd place on the ranking and the guarantee the team can play the 4th round of final of Del Monte® Coppa Italia 2021, next 27th January.
Tonight, the team got 3-0 at BLM Group Arena against Allianz Milano as they made up the match of round number 10 of regular season SuperLega Credem Banca; it let Itas gain 3 points achieving to take over Vibo Valentia on the ranking and at the same time it closed first round being one of the best 4 teams. It let the team play against team number 6th on its home field (against Monza or Milano) and it also ensures the access to Final Four of Bologna.
Such an important victory has been achieved by the team led by Angelo Lorenzetti, a team that did not take long to lead the play. Eventually Kooy led the play instead of Lucarelli (the coach let him take a break) and he led his fellow-players (named mvp, 12 points, 60% in attack, 2 blocks and 2 aces). Itas Trentino played well since the very beginning and thanks to a break point, the payers showed a good precision at every fundamental, as it is clearly shown by only 3 errors in attack, 11 ace and only 14 errors at serve. Together with the Italian-Dutch, very good also Michieletto (67%, a block and 3 points at serve) and excellent also the play of the middle blockers:  Lisinac 7 points, 80% in attack and 2 aces, Podrascanin got 2 blocks, an ace and 60% in first set.
