Friedrichshafen, Lorenzetti: "We are happy to close the pool without defeats"

“We didn’t put on field the same determination that we have shown in the match of Tuesday with Novosibirsk – said the coach of Trentino Itas Angelo Lorenzetti at the end of the match – . Maybe, the first set, won quite simply, didn’t help us to have the right mindset for the match, a thing that instead happened in the second period, when the opponents put us in a difficult position, also thanks to the change of setter. In the third and fourth set we succeeded to play again at good levels, with a major defensive intensity and a more careful service. We are happy to close the pool without defeats”.
Trentino Itas will return in Italy tonight and resume training only in the weekend, after knowing the name of the opponent that will face in the quarterfinals of the biggest European competition. The draw is scheduled on Friday 12 February at 12 in Luxembourg.
