Cagliari, Lorenzetti: "The only regret we have is..."

“Perugia showed off its huge physical superpower but our team knew how to match blow to blow until 2-2, by taking advantage of the weapons at his disposal – commented Lorenzetti at the end of the competition -. “The only regret we have is not having won the third set, in which we recovered from the first disadvantage and got to 22-22 with an immense team spirit and the right sensitivity. Anyway, I cannot blame my guys, instead I show respect for their performance. We came to Cagliari to play this way, and we did it. This match shows us that, in order to make another step forward, we still have to improve, especially on a mental level. We can and we have to be even more exigent, if we want to be competitive against the opponents at such a high level”.
