The jersey numbers for the 2023/24 season: Kozamernik takes back the 4, 11 for Rychlicki

The jersey numbers chosen by the Trentino Volley players for the 2023/24 season, which will officially start on Sunday 22 October with the match in Cisterna di Latina in the first round of the regular season SuperLega Credem Banca, are official. The complete list:

All the players on the roster last season kept the number they had worn in the past. Among the new faces, Kozamernik wanted to reuse the number he had already worn in his previous yellow-blue experience (number 4, in the 2017/18 season), the same number he has in the national team. Magalini took the unpublished 12 (in the past only another player of his position had chosen it: Tiziano Mazzone), while Acquarone opted for the 24, which before today had only been selected by De Angelis in the 2020/21 championship.  
A romantic choice for Kamil Rychlicki: he wanted 11 (already worn between 2019 and 2021 in Civitanova) because in 2004 his brother Damian gave him a Trentino Volley jersey with that number after receiving it as a gift from the club in via Trener at the end of the Top Teams Cup match on 24 October in which he played against Itas Diatec Trentino at PalaTrento with his Strassen. "By taking 11 I closed a circle that, unknowingly, I had opened when I was still a child and already dreamed of becoming a volleyball player," he had already declared this summer.
