Turin, Podrascanin and Kozamernik to meet Djokovic at ATP Finals 2023

An afternoon of close contact with men's world number one Novak Djokovic for Podrascanin and Kozamernik. The Itas Trentino men's middle-blocker duo took advantage of Thursday's day off, granted to the starting line-up by coach Fabio Soli, and traveled straight from Milan (where they had played brilliantly in the Italian champions' 3-1 win over the local Allianz side on Wednesday night) to Turin to watch the match between the Serbian star and the Polish Hurkacz, which Djokovic won in three sets, live from the PalaAlpitour stands.
At the end of the match, there was an exchange of shirts and the traditional souvenir photos; Podrascanin met Nole at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and they have kept in touch ever since. Whenever the opportunity arises, Podrascanin watches his compatriot live, as he did in the past at the International Championships in Rome, and on this occasion he included Jan Kozamernik.
