Piacenza, Soli: "We had an excellent approach to the match and this is now a constant"

"We had an excellent approach to the match and this is now a constant for us," Itas Trentino coach Fabio Soli said at the end of the match. "In the second set we suffered because Piacenza managed to push hard with their service, a weapon we knew they were capable of unleashing. We dropped in attack, but then we were patient and found a way to restart, finding in turn a good contribution from the same serve. In the third and fourth quarters we were very solid, taking away their confidence and agonism".
Itas Trentino will return to Trento in the evening and from Monday afternoon they will start preparing for the next appointment scheduled for Wednesday, January 24 at the IlT quotidiano Arena at 8.30 p.m. when it will be time for the insurance derby with Allianz Milano valid for the sixteenth round of SuperLega Credem Banca 2023/24 - the last one before the Italian Cup Final Four in Bologna (27-28 January).
