Preparation, Gabi Garcia joined the group: "Ready to start a great season"

The resumption of training, the day after mid-August, has seen Itas Trentino men's team increase by one the number of players at work during pre-season preparation: from six to seven. As of today, American opposite player Gabi Garcia, who arrived in Trento on Thursday evening, is also at the disposal of coach Fabio Soli and his staff.
The new signing wasted no time and got straight down to work this morning, taking part in the weight room session scheduled in the weekly programme. In the late afternoon he will be busy with his teammates on the beach volley courts of the CTL in Cles, which in the first three weeks of activity was often destination of the yellow-blue team.
“I have been training until a few days ago with the US national team, even after the conclusion of the Pan-American Cup, and so I am ready to start preparing for a great season like the one that awaits us - were his first words to Trentino Volley Tv - . Here in Trento the fans have always seen me play with the jersey of opposing teams, but now I’m a yellow-blue player and I’m happy to begin this experience in which I guarantee the biggest effort. We are working to do well one step at a time, so in the meantime we want to gain access to the final on 22 September”.
