“Trentino Volley in FM, DJ per un giorno” is the weekly radio broadcast programme that Radio Dolomiti dedicates to Diatec Trentino; the 2017/2018 season was opened today with Angelo Lorenzetti. Twenty minutes and more  of intense talking with Gabriele Biancardi where the new Yellow-blue coach talked about his feelings in this new team.
“We built the roster together with President Mosna and the managing staff during summer, therefore I like to say this is “our” group, not only “mine” - he stated. It could be that we didn’t do everything right, but in this first part of preparation we are observing closely every detail and we’re slowly realizing what our true potential is. Pre-season test matches are very useful in this sense, we can collect data and adjust, in order to exploit our best skills.”
“I am positively impressed by the personal and human growth of Lanza in his role as Captain of the team - said Lorenzetti -. He’s a true leader, proving it with his proactive attitude and his example, just like the best captain. I’m struck by the simplicity of Eder, a player who immediately integrated in the group; many years in Brazilian national team certainly helped him becoming very empathic with his teammates. He’s  always the first one to pick up the balls, with a sincere and truly positive attitude. This weekend Supercoppa? We talked a lot about this while in Monte Bondone with the boys, thinking of what could make a difference. Besides the technical performance, it’s our enthusiasm that we must put in the game. And we really are hyped!”.
