The second season of “Trentino Volley in FM – dj per un giorno”, a weekly program broadcast on Radio Dolomiti, has been officially inaugurated this morning by the new trainer of Diatec Trentino Angelo Lorenzetti. The coach, together with the presenters Gabriele Biancardi and Laura Paolazzi, presented his favourite songs and explained some key concepts of his way of being.
“The trainer has to be able to conform to the team he has and not to change it – he said -. I’m not worried after the double defeat in SuperCup, but I’m busy to find the solution to our problems. Last weekend in Modena we lived two different days, but in particular in the first match we didn’t use some important opportunities. We still need to know each other, but in this period it is good to have some difficulties in order to grow and to understand each other. We can learn from our mistakes, especially if we made mistakes because we wanted to risk and not because we were afraid to do something”.
“Against Vibo on Sunday we want to bring on the field what we established over the past few weeks– added the trainer about the debut in SuperLega -. We need points and a victory from the very beginning, even if this period isn’t easy, because it will be the first match with the whole team”.
