“We knew we would have faced a high-level team and we can compete against it only if we’re able to show another kind of attitude and of attention – declared coach Angelo Lorenzetti at the end of Match 1 of final -. To react attack by attack we have to be almost perfect and tonight has not been the case. The 3-0 defeat we registered in February in regular season in Civitanova didn’t only depend on our performance; and we can say the same thing regarding tonight’s match. If we want to have our say we have to go beyond our limits”.
The second act of the series of final play-offs Scudetto UnipolSai 2017 will take place in ten days (on Thursday May 4th, 8.30 p.m.) at PalaTrento, as during the week-end Cucine Lube will take part in the Final Four of 2017 CEV Volleyball Champions League in Rome. Diatec Trentino will get back in Trento tonight and will start training for the next challenge from Thursday evening.
