“Despite the positive result we’ll go to Turkey knowing that tonight we have just done half of our job to reach the final match. In Istanbul we’ll have to be ready to fight – stated coach Angelo Lorenzetti at the end of the match - . We showed our constancy in improving our service and defence that we lacked of in the last match in Perugia. We need to improve many other aspects and we will work hard in the next days. Fenerbahce causes us problems especially in the second part of the match, thanks to the change of the setting role which proved to be positive”.
On Saturday April 1st in Turkey (at 6 pm Italian time – live on Radio Dolomiti and at www.laola1.tv) the return match. Trentino Diatec will leave for Istanbul already on Thursday morning aiming for its third European final in a row, the seventh overall in the CEV tournament. The closest home match is scheduled for April 9th at 6 pm, on the occasion of match 3 of the semi-finals of Play Off Scudetto UnipolSai 2017 against Perugia.
