The FIVB designated the eight referees who will referee the sixteen matches of the FIVB Men's Club World Championships 2016, that will take place in Betim between October 18th and 23th. In the list there are two referees from Europe, two from Asia, one from South America, two from Noth America and one frome Africa.
Here is the whole list: Fabrizio Pasquali (Italy), Shin Muranaka (Japan), Luis Gerardo Macias (Mexico), Josmer Perez Broche (Puerto Rico), Nasr Shaaban (Egypt), Mohammad Shahmiri (Iran), Rogerio Epicalsky (Brazil), Andrey Zenovich (Russia).
The only ones who already refereed Trentino Volley are Andrey Zenovich (he was present at the world tournament in Doha in 2011 and 2012) and Fabrizio Pasquali, who can never referee a match of the team of his country.
Zenovich refereed Trento-Tigres UANL 3-0 on October 14th 2012 and more recently Trento-Maseeik 3-0 played the 5th November 2015 at PalaTrento for the first round of the CEV Champions League.
