The race for the Olympics qualification in Rio De Janeiro 2016 stopped already for  Georgi Bratoev and Simon Van de Voorde, in the first stage of the European qualifying tournament of Berlin. Both players in these days were engaged in the Berlin’s exhibition that awards the winner with a pass for the Brazilians Olympic games and they prematurely ended his experience in the group stage of the event.
The Belgium of the Yellow-blue middle-blocker didn’t even win one match, while the Bulgaria of the Trentino setter has at least won one (3-1 on his debut against Finland). Van de Voorde, however, was constantly among the best of his team both in attack and block, proving to have the numbers to be able to offer in the second half of the season an important contribution to the Italian champions. The two players will return to Trento already over the weekend and on Monday morning will again be available for Radostin Stoytchev.
