Next weekend, between Friday 9th and Sunday 11th June, the Italian national team will play its first away match of FIVB World League 2017. After the first matches at Adriatic Arena in Pesaro, the Azzurri will play the second round of matches in Pau, France: on Friday at 5.30 pm against USA, on Saturday at 8.30 pm against France (the only team still undefeated after three matches), on Sunday at 5.30 pm against Russia.
For this appointment, as happened for the previous one, four players of Trentino Volley will play with the Italian national team: the setter Simone Giannelli, the hitters Oleg Antonov and Filippo Lanza, the opposite Luca Vettori; their presence in the list of the sixteen players chosen by Gianlorenzo Blengini was confirmed these last few hours. The departure for France is scheduled for today afternoon.
