Diatec Trentino back to train at PalaTrento starting from this morning to prepare the important home match of Sunday versus Piacenza, which is just four points behind and one place in ranking far. After coming back to Trento on Thursday at lunch time after the away match in Latina, the yellow-blues resumed their training with a double session: weights and individual technique in the morning and a technical-tactic session on the main field in the late afternoon.
All the roster is at disposal of Lorenzetti; before the match versus Piacenza, Diatec Trentino will have time for another training session on Saturday afternoon and another one just before the match on Sunday morning. The three available points are worth in this occasion twice as much, since winning would mean to keep running for the fourth final place in ranking but at the same time reject Wixo LPR attempts of comeback.
The task is not easy; Piacenza comes from a streak of five victories in the last five matches and has already obtained fifteen points in the return round, only two less then Diatec Trentino (17). Only Perugia (24 on 24), Civitanova (21) and Modena (19) did better than the yellow-blues, whereas Calzedonia Verona and Milano has obtained thirteen points from December 30th (date of the first day of the return round).
