After a whole weekend of rest Diatec Trentino resume training at PalaTrento in view of the next match of SuperLega UnipolSai 2016/17. The week before Christmas and the Boxing Day, the day when the Yellow-blues play against Kioene Padova (sixteenth match of regular season), will be characterized by a very demanding training-program: after today’s session of weights and technique, there are other eight sessions (two on Tuesday and on Thursday), including the one that the team will do on 25th December in the late afternoon.
This is a very particular situation not unknown to Diatec Trentino, which in the recent past had to train seven times on Christmas in order to prepare an official match scheduled on the Boxing Day. For the fourth time in its history PalaTrento will host a match of the ultimate Italian championship of Volleyball on December 26th: the precedents in 2005 (Trento-Verona 3-1), 2010 (Trento-Treviso 3-0) and 2012 (Trento-Perugia 3-1, quarter-final of Coppa Italia).
