Diatec Trentino is back to work at PalaTrento after a day of rest after the victory against Molfetta. The yellow-blue team has restarted the training session this morning in order to prepare the last match of the regular season SuperLega UnipolSai 2016/17, scheduled on Sunday in Monza. The team had a weight session and then two hours and a half of technical and tactical session on the field. The match will define the final ranking and Angelo Lorenzetti could count on all the players in choosing the starting six that will play in Monza. “the great performances and the continuity of results at PalaTrento are something we are proud of, a point of strength on which we can count on, but we aren’t mathematically second because in the away matches we have to impose our game and this is what we have to focus on”, stated the libero Massimo Colaci on Trentino Volley Tv, who turned 32 last Wednesday. “It was important to get the three points against Molfetta, more than for ourselves than for the ranking – continued the libero - . The aim of ranking second mustn’t take mental energies away; we want to achieve it but we shouldn’t focus only on that. We should focus on the growth in the way we play and on the single sets. Regardless of the final ranking in the regular season, we’ll have to confront a determined rival in the quarter of finals and then we’ll have to play the double match of 2017 CEV Cup against Piacenza. It’s better to take the things step by step without looking too far. We’ve never done this and we’ll never do this.” In regard to the preious two matches played during this season, Gi Group Monza this time could count on a top player: the Brazilian opposite hitter Leandro Vissotto, thath played 2 great seasons in Trento. He collected 90 presences with the yellow-blue team between 2008 and 2010 and got 1.362 points winning a Club World Championship, 2 Champions Leagues and a Coppa Italia.
