Civitanova, Modena, Trento and Perugia. Four teams that are still competing for Championship UnipolSai 2017 and the same that played against each other in the semi-final last season. Besides Cucine Lube, Diatec Trentino and Sir Safety Conad, already qualified thanks to the victory obtained in match 2 on Wednesday, the fourth team is Azimut, that tonight has reacted and won after losing the first match eight days ago. The penultimate match will involve Civitanova and Modena again, as already happened in the edition of 2014 of play-offs, then conquered by the team from the region of Marche. In seven days the two series made up of five challenges will begin; the first two matches will take place in a week time, whereas the third one is scheduled for April 9th, to let the teams face the several international challenges between the end of March and the beginning of April. By obtaining a better place than Perugia in the ranking, Diatec Trentino can count on home advantage in three out of five scheduled matches; presale tickets for match 1 and 3 are available from Thursday morning, after the period reserved to subscribers (all useful information here). Before concentrating on the series of semi-finals of Championship play-offs UnipolSai 2017, Diatec Trentino will try to qualify for the semi-finals even at European level in 2017 CEV Cup. On Wednesday March 15th at PalaTrento (ticket included in subscription) the second match of the quarter-finals against Lpr Piacenza. Thanks to the 3-0 victory in the first match, the yellow-blue team will have to win at least two sets to qualify.
