Diatec Trentino back to work this morning at the PalaTrento to resume, after a day and a half of rest, the preparation for the beginning of the season 2016-2017.
The third week of training began with a double seat divided between weights and technical (morning) and tactical (early afternoon); as announced by the coach Angelo Lorenzetti, the program that it will develop between now and August 27th will be very similar to the previous number of hours spent in the gym but even more intense.
With still eight active players on fourteen of the total available and three more players as Kaziyski (who on Saturday will greet the troops to begin the second consecutive experience of his career in Japan), Leonardi and Pizzini, the new yellow-blue technician will start working also on tactics as well taking advantage of the growing condition of shape. During the next few days also Francisco Iribarne will train with the group, eighteen year old Spanish spiker arrived in Trento today. The athletes will play a double session similar to the one of today also on Tuesday, on Thursday (mornings where it will be played an athletic training) and on Friday, while on Wednesday is scheduled only one workout booster, in the weight room at lunchtime. The third period of training will conclude on Saturday morning, as always with water activities at the pool of Trento North in Gardolo.
