Luca Vettori and the Team Manager Riccardo Michieletto

Half a day in his new city, where he will live and play for the next three years; Luca Vettori arrived in Trento this afternoon, along with Team Manager Riccardo Michieletto, got in touch with this new reality and settled some aspects of his life, like choosing the house he will live in.
“I am here to choose my house, and get to know the managers of Trentino Volley - stated Luca Vettori, after the first part of the Intercontinental Round of World League with the Italian team. - Before leaving on holidays, it seemed the right moment to do it. A great new experience is waiting for me in the near future, I’ve always been fascinated when playing in PalaTrento. I’m sure it will feel the same on the first match day, even though with different feelings. I’m glad I’ll meet some old friends like Lorenzetti, Giannelli and Lanza; we already know each other pretty well but there’s always something new to discover, it’s going to be stimulating. Despite the unsatisfactory results with the National team we still want to play and fight on the court: Simone and me are building our connection day by day. We still have plenty of time. To the fans of Trentino Volley I would like to tell once again how honoured I am to join them, and I will wait for them soon in PalaTrento”.
Vettori will return to Trentino in two weeks, July 3rd, taking part in the first training camp in Cavalese before the 2017 European Championship in Poland.
