Smiling, tanned, relaxed but ready and curious to begin his fourth season with Trentino Volley. Sebastian Solé, who has met the press this morning in the trophy room of Trentino Volley, has shown that the Olympic Games of Rio 2016 have enriched his personal background without affecting his physical and mental energies.
“I'm happy to be back in Trento, I really want to work hard and play in a team that I know really well but whose technical guide has changed – these are the first words that the argentinian middle blocker said to the microphone of Trentino Volley Tv - . I didn't have the occasion to speak to Angelo Lorenzetti yet, but I've always heard good things about him and I hope he will help us to be protagonists for another year. In Trento they work hard and successfully, I'm sure I'll find the right chemistry. During the summer the Italian Super league has increased his profile even more with many market operations. La Perugia of my friend De Cecco is certainly really strong but there are many teams as well that can say it and we are one of them and also Modena.”
“ The Olympic Games in Brazil were wonderful – added Solé who has already scored with Trentino Volley 137 presences and 1239 points - , I enjoyed them much more than those in London because 4 years had passed and at the same time more I was more aware of what I was living. What a shame we was eliminated in the quarter finals against Brazil, the home team; we tried our best until the end, playing at a high level but we lack in something to reach the medal zone. Despite the training schedule and the several matches, in the Olympic village I often met Antonov, Colaci, Giannelli and Lanza: we joked a bit and spoke a lot of Trentino Volley”.
