With the double session today at PalaTrento (weights in the morning and technique in the afternoon) for Diatec Trentino has officially started the countdown to the resumption of the official engagements. Nine days after the second leg of the quarterfinals of Del Monte^® Italian Cup 2016 against Molfetta, which will be played on January 14th in PalaTrento (match included in the subscription) and will mark the debut in the new year, the Italian champions have practically ended the period dedicated to physical reminder that Poeder Martin had planned just after Christmas. As of Wednesday, there will therefore be always more space for training on central court focused on the game six against six.

The first two months were good in so many points of view for Diatec Trentino, but the next one can still give us even more satisfactions”.
"The first commitment of the new year against Molfetta is already a very important test;”- said the Argentine middle-blocker - ”it’s true that we start from a great 3-0 obtained in the first leg match, but it would be a mistake to think that it has already accomplished the hardest part of our task. The Exprivia is a team that never gives up, we can expect a tough game in which we will have to pay great attention; We want to win as soon as possible those two sets that we miss to mathematically enter the qualification for the Final Four of Italian Cup. It is a very prestigious scene and already last year we had done great things reaching the final; we want to try again this year. In 2016 we will look for many important goals; the year that we just put behind it was great from this point of view, but if I look at the calendar ahead of us, I can say that we can continue to fight at a high level: to play important events such as the Champions League, the Italian Cup and the Championship Playoffs it’s a great stimulus for everyone. We want to get as far forward as possible in every tournament and then I add also Rio 2016, a personal goal that I care a lot about, because I will be on the field to defend the colors of my country".
