Tomorrow evening, Saturday, March 19th, at PalaTrento it is going to be played Game 3 of the quarterfinal playoffs Championship UnipolSai 2016. After the defeat remedied last Sunday in Puglia, Diatec Trentino returns to face the Exprivia in front of their home crowd. Six previous matches at Palatrento: five victories of Trento (all 3-0) and one external affirmation.
SERIES Diatec Trentino and Exprivia are 1-1 in the series of Quarter-finals Play Off Championship UnipolSai 2016 which is played to the best of five games, by virtue of 3-0 in Game 1 in PalaTrento accrued at March 10th with partial 25-21, 25-15, 25-20 and 3-1 for Molfetta in Game 2 played in Puglia last Sunday (25-21, 26-24, 18-25, 25-14). After tomorrow's race the teams will once again facing at PalaPoli for Game 4 on Sunday, March 27th at 6.00 pm. The eventual bella match, that will allocate in case the pass to the semifinals to who will win, will instead take place in Trentino on Sunday April 3th at 6.00 pm.
Who will exceed the turn will play in the semifinals against the winner of Modena vs. Padova, 1-1 series. The other two quarter-finals at the top of the board are Civitanova vs. Latin (2-0) and Verona vs. Perugia (0-2).
REFEREES The race will be refereed by Andrea Puecher (from Padua, in role since 2003 and internationally since 2013) and Daniele Zucca, second whistle of Trieste, in Serie a since 2001. The two are in their first season joint direction in the maximum men's championship: the thirteenth for Puecher (who previously directed Trento vs. Modena 3-2 on November 22nd and Modena vs. Trento 3-0 on February 6th, the Italian Cup final), the tenth for Zucca, who has already curiously arbitrated this year one match Trento vs. Molfetta (victory at the tie-break of the Apulian on January 14th in the return of the quarters in Italian Cup).
