It will begin tomorrow, on Sunday, December 20th, the second leg round of the 2015/16 regular season Super League UnipolSai. In the twelfth absolute round of matches, Diatec Trentino will host in PalaTrento the visit of Gi Group Monza. The kick-off is scheduled at 6.00 pm: broadcasted live on Radio Dolomiti and in streaming on League Volleyball Channel at www.sportube.tv.
HERE DIATEC TRENTINO Closed last week in the third ascending phase of the championship, the Yellow-blues are preparing to experience the second part of the regular season at home hosting the eighth ranked team that already in leg match had been able to make it difficult. The match against Gi Group will be the official number 628 for the Club of Via Trener, the 394^ in the regular season and will go in search of the Trentino Volley 227^ home victory in its history. Only in 2015 Trento has collected 22 in 23 matches in front of its audience; the only knockout inside the yearly calendar that will end with this challenge is in fact referring to the match of April 8th, against Dinamo Moscow (1-3, final leg of the 2015 CEV Cup). PREVIOUSLY Trentino Volley and Vero Volley Monza in archives have only three official crossings, relating to two matches played last season and one of the first round. The budget speaks exclusively in favor of the Yellow-blues, that won 3-0 the matches on December 26th, at PalaIper 2014 and April 1st, in PalaTrento (only previous home match) and 3-1 (partial (25-20, 22-25 , 25-20, 25-22) match played on October 28th with Nelli (18 points) MVP. In the past the Club of Via Trener however, had played seven games (all winners) with another team in Monza (the Acqua Paradiso).
REFEREES The match will be led by the tandem of Fabrizio Pasquali (first referee of Ascoli Piceno, in the role since 1997 and internationally since 2004) and Rossella Piana (second of Modena, in the top flight since 2005 and internationally since 2015), the first joint leadership in 2015/16 Super League UnipolSai, the sixth for both. A previous season with only Pasquali in Trento (he directed Trento vs. Modena 3-2 - Italian Super Cup final on October 24th last year), while to find an intersection between Trento and Piana must go back until December 7th, 2013 (lost at the tie-break in Vibo Valentia)
