Diatec Trentino closes positively the week after the Final Four of Coppa Italia, winning for the second time in the last four days an away match. After winning in Sastamala and getting closer to the qualifications at the quarters of 2017 CEV Cup, the yellow-blue team got 3 points at PalaYamamay, winning 3-0 against the last ranking Revivre Milano. The victory lets Lorenzetti’s team reinforce the second place, with 3 points more than Perugia, and 5 more than the ranking fourth, also thanks to Modena’s defeat in Verona. In order to win in three sets for the second time in a row, Angelo Lorenzetti’s team hasn’t suffered too much; the different quality in attack and in the service was clear and let the yellow-blue team control without difficulty the match. Giannelli (applauded by the audience) made the team attack with the 58%; Lanza (mvp with 13 points, 67% at the net and an ace), Urnaut and Stokr (both with 64%) played a good performance. Also Solé helped a lot the team and the service was great, in fact six different players made points.
