The high-ranking direct match of the nineteenth round of regular season of SuperLega Unipolsai 2016/17 is won by Sir Safety Perugia Conad. Diatec Trentino has hoped to be able to give a different course to the match in the first two sets, but in the end had to surrender to the law of the home court advantage, that has always reigned in the last six matches between the two teams. Thanks to the final 3-0, the team from Umbria subtracted the second place in ranking from the yellow-blue team, which is now two points behind Perugia and and five off the first place.
