ENERGY T.I. Diatec Trentino maintains in its hands the SuperLega UnipolSa's leader's scepter in front of over 3,400 spectators at PalaTrento, even after the nineteenth day of regular season. The success achieved today (between friendly walls) against CMC Ravenna, the team where the beloved and applauded Andrea Bari plays, has in fact allowed the yellow-blue to respond at distance to Modena (which won 3-1 against Piacenza, in the emiliano's derby) keeping the advantage's point in the ranking that
ENERGY T.I. DIATEC Trentino had in the eve of the match.
The victory of 3-0 against CMC Ravenna reiterated to PalaTrento, how Stoytchev's team is extremely productive winning for the thirteenth consecutive time in this season in front of its audience, and it showed the favorable tradition against Ravenna, defeated in just three sets the eighth time over eight official meetings disputed. To grab the entire stake for Birarelli and teammates it was enough to increase the pace of play between the service (10 aces, four of Nemec and 3 of Lanza) and block (11, three each for Zygadlo and Birarelli) before the middle of each partial, forcing quickly Ravenna to be aware because of a really suffering reception and because of an attack that was never able to worry the defensive system of the hosts, except for Cebulj. Lukasz Zygadlo was able to greatly lead the game from the control room, insisting a lot on Lanza (best scorer with 18 points and MVP thanks to stellar 78% at the net) and finding good affinity with the middle-blockers. The light-dark evening of Kaziyski and Nemec in attack, it is easily passed unnoticed.
