Also Bartha joins the team “It will be a season to experience with great enthusiasm”

From today Marcelo Mendez can also count on one more middle blocker: Bela Bartha. The Romanian player, who had an intense summer with his national team, joined the group this morning after enjoying a week of rest following the conclusion of the 2025 World Championship in the Philippines.
His second season in the Trentino Volley team began with a session in the BTS Arena weight room, followed exercise after exercise by the athletic trainer Davide Grigoletto, who had him perform the traditional physical tests for the start of the season. This afternoon he will be available for the second and final test match of the weekend with the Germans Asv Volleys Dachau.
“It was a long and challenging summer for me, but also very formative because I spent almost all of it with the national team,” explained Bartha. “I am happy to have had the opportunity to participate in the World Cup, a tournament that Romania had not played for a long time; it really turned out to be an important experience that certainly made me grow. Now, however, I want to focus only on my second season in Trento with Trentino Volley; I expect a long and challenging year but also fun to experience. I have a lot of enthusiasm and I'm ready to start working hard right away”.
