Special reward for Tine Urnaut. The hitter of Diatec Trentino has been chosen as 2016’s best Slovenian player winning the web-contest called by Volleyball Federation of Slovenia; this is the first edition of the prize awarded to the best National volleyball player. Urnaut prevailed over many players of the national team, i.e. the player in area 4 of Civitanova, Klemen Cebuji.
"This prize is a perfect ending for 2016 which has been very important for me – explained Urnaut - . In the last twelve months I had the chance to play increasingly difficult and crucial matches: I think of the final of Coppa Italia, the final of Champions League wearing the colours of Trentino Volley but also of World League with Slovenia“. He will receive the prize on May 20th during a meeting of all members of the Slovenian volleyball. In 2016 CEV evaluate Tine as the best European young player.
