Ninni De Nicolo, the new Trentino Volley Talent Scout

Summer 2017 registers news even for what concerns Trentino Volley’s organizational structure. The goal is to plan the future of the team with increasing foresight and promptness and for this reason from August the Talent Scout, an unprecedented figure in  the yellow-blue sport club, will be part of its structure. His job, that he will carry out in close contact with the first coach, is to find emerging players at national and international level, studying, analizing and inspecting the main Italian Championships (Youth Championships and the different “Serie”) and the foreign ones. Then he’ll report his findings to the management and technical staff. The sport club of via Trener has chosen Ninni De Nicolo, who is well-known to the world of the male SuperLega for his recent and long-time experience as manager of Molfetta. Ninni has been one of the main characters of “Exprivia” and he was able to climb the different championships in a few seasons (from Serie B1 to SuperLega) thanks to his intuitions in selecting players that were still little-known but ready to offer an important support to the team.
De Nicolo, the 36-year-old manager from Terlizzi (Bari), was selected with the full support of Angelo Lorenzetti, of the team management and of the President of Trentino Volley Diego Mosna, who explained: “Ninni De Nicolo will be an unprecedented but fundamental figure in this Sport Club: the goal is to plan with care and attention the technical future of the team, also counting on new members like Ninni De Nicolo, that we are officializing today”.
