Mitar Djuric will remain in Trento until 2017

Mitar Djuric will be one of the reference offensive terminals of Trentino Volley. Last April, after his return to Trento and the Championship’s victory, the strong greek attacker has chosen to wear the Yellow-blue t-shirt for at least two more seasons, signing the new contract until June 30th 2017.
It is a real hit in the market: during the final month and a half of the 2014/15 season, Djuric has indeed shown to PalaTrento audience, which previously had only seen him involved in the role of central, how his transformation into an opposite of international level has been perfectly completed. He is a physical player, with a strong arm and an excellent technique that does excel in blocking and servicing, and he will be one of the strengths of the Club of Via Trener, which in just over two years of militancy has raised seven trophies and 94 appearances and scored 806 points. 119 of these were scored in the last nine games played in the playoffs, where his contribution was determinant in both the final series against Modena and in the previous semifinal playoff against Perugia.
