For Oleg Antonov 15 points with 56% in offence during the first match at Trento

The first and only pre-season friendly match of Diatec Trentino reserves to the thousand spectators flocked to PalaTrento 5 enjoyable sets, but ultimately a defeat at the tie break against Calzedonia Verona. Without the pair of the regular spikers Urnaut-Lanza, not used by Stoytchev for their imperfect physical conditions, the Italian champions have however offered  a decisive performance losing contact with their opponents only in the final match when the energies fell short.
In view of the Del Monte® 2015 Italian Super Cup on Saturday, the coach of Trentino Volley could not then collect credible indications but has seen his team fight for every ball as he had asked the day before. Then, the more encouraging notes of the test match don’t come from the team game but from the individual performances: in the first three and a half sets in fact Djuric’s teste (eventually best yellow-blues scorer with 16 points and 48% at the net) and Antonov (15 with 56%) have been encouraging as well as the attitude of Solé in the first half (75%) and at the block (3) has already appeared important.
