ENERGY T.I. Diatec Trentino continues to prepare itself at the PalaTrento for Sunday’s match (February 15th) against Ravenna. Before the next match (19th day of the regular season SuperLega UnipolSai 2014/15), in the last days the yellow-blue have further intensified the workout at the gym, also supporting a session of athletic training on Wednesday morning. Today, February 12th, only a tactical training was planned, while between Friday and Thursday the team will have other three more sessions of weights and ball.
"The match with Ravenna will definitely be a tough and particular one, because we will have as a former opponent an ex teammate like Andrea Bari, who in these areas is still rightly beloved - explained Lukasz Zygadlo - In the past days I talked on the phone to "Baretto", he is well and obviously very motivated, because he wants to make a good impression in front of his old audience. I have no doubts that he will succeed because he knows very well the PalaTrento, the place where he often played great matches. Even more so for us the Sunday’s match is a commitment to don’t underestimate: Ravenna is back from two consecutive losses, and will begin to play matches particular hard exactly against ENERGY T.I. Diatec Trentino. After a home defeat like the one against Monza, and on the eve of many important appointments, it is normal that their desire is to react and to show how the knock-out of last Sunday was only an episode. We will have to be very good to contain their desire of redemption: we want to win, regardless that this allow us to be at the top of the ranking: I don’t consider it right now, there are other more important things”.
“In this pretty quiet period of our season, it is more important for us to look at the growth of our game, rather the position we have gained in the ranking - the Polish setter clarified on the microphone of Trentino Volley Tv. - February is an important month from this point of view, because it allows us to focus our attention also on the quality of the training: we play only one match a week, we are able to workout hard at the gym but we can also rest. We must take the most advantage of a month like this, so that in March we can begin the final rush still with lots of bodily, mental and technical energies”.
