From the field to the desk, always in the name of Trentino Volley, the same society from which he started to play seventeen years ago and which projected him in the real volleyball: starting from the 1st of July Nicola Leonardi has in fact returned to defend the colours of the yellow-blue club. This time he won’t play on the field, as happened between 2000 and 2001 (period during which he passed from the Youth Sector to the First Team achieving many victories such as one Scudetto, two Champions Leagues and two Club World Cup and Scudetto Under 18), but he will enrich the Marketing Area of the Club of via Trener with his professionalism.
During his career as a middle-blocker, the player from Madonna Bianca, born in 1988, has in fact continued his studies, becoming an expert in Graphic Arts and then he approached to the market sector with long-time experiences in prestigious local realities.A very interesting profile that surely impressed the president Diego Mosna and the General Manager Bruno Da Re and that pushed them to call the former middle-blocker again the Company with a role different from the previous one but of absolute perspective. Leonardi already started his job to make even more strong the links between the Club and his Sponsors and to find other realities which would like to approach to the big yellow-blue family. “Trentino Volley is a second home to me – admitted Nicola - ; my umbilical cord with the Club hasn’t been severed yet. I grew up as an athlete in this realty, I achieved great results managing to play in the first team, but above all I understood what working in a group and chasing all together great goals means. These are the same basics that will now enliven my work in the Marketing Area; I will try to bring my enthusiasm with me in all the task I will be given. I thank the Company for trusting me and for granting me this great chance”.
