The scores of the ninth turn of the regular season of Super League UnipolSai, played on Wednesday evening, gave more importance and wait for the match scheduled on November 13th at PalaTrento. Starting from 6 p.m., on the mondoflex of the PalaTrento Diatec Trentino will confront Cucine Lube Civitanova, the only two undefeated teams of the championship. The match will be against the team in the first place and the team in the second one, with only two points (25 for Lube and 23 for Trentino) of difference, with Lorenzetti’s team with a game to play (it will be played in Piacenza next week). Three years after the last time, Trento-Lube is crucial for the (temporary) first place in the regular season. Last time in the regular season they had confronted each other as first and second classified was November 10th 2013; also at that time Lube was the first classified. The match gave also titles, characterizing six semi-finals: three of Super Cup (editions 2008, 2012 and 2013), two of Italian Cup (2012 and 2013) and a Championship (2012). The balance sheet of the 50 official matches is favorable for the yellow-blue team (29-21), but Lube won two of the last three matches. The most recent match was played at PalaPanini of Modena last September 25th in occasion of the final for the third place of the SuperCup 2016: Civitanova won at the tie-break with partials of 23-25, 25-20, 21-25, 26,24, 20-18. According to the statistics, one is the only team that in this championship has always won three points in home matches (Diatec Trentino, perfect at PalaTrento twelve times out of twelve) and the other one has the best performance in away matches in the first nine matches of SuperLeague (Lube always won three points in the four away matches). On Sunday one of the two series will come to an end.
