Diatec Trentino back to work this morning to prepare the debut in the Play Off, scheduled on Sunday, March 5th at PalaTrento (first match of the quarters against Gi Group Monza). After a day of rest after the victory against Piacenza, the yellow-blue team had a double traning session in via Fersina: weight and individual technique in the morning, technique and strategy in the evening. Angelo Lorenzetti can count on all 14 players and has fixed other two sessions in order to prepare for the second match against Monza: on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday morning. “We have great prerogatives, like the second place and the performance of Wednesday in Piacenza, but we know that this isn’t enough – stated Simone Giannelli on Trentino Volley Tv - . The match of Sunday against Monza will be harsh, our rivals showed great performances, expecially against the big teams, like in the match of the first half of the season at PalaTrento, but also in Modena. We’ll have to pay attention and be very determined. We’ve always won at home and played well, but this isn’t enough. In the sport there are acquired rights, you have always to prove on the field you’re superior to your rival. We’ve been efficient in front of our supporters, but recently also in the away matches”. “I want to say something to our supporters with regard to the match against Monza – added Trentino Volley’s player – ; I hope they understand this is a very important match and we want to keep being unbeatable at PalaTrento. That’s why we need their usual support; the team won’t underestimate the commitment, and we want our supporters to do the same. Every match is important, I hope to see a lot of people and I say it from my heart”.
