On Sunday afternoon at Eurosuole Forum in Civitanova Marche there will be Game 3 of 2017 UnipolSai Championship Play Off Final. Diatec Trentino will visit Cucine Lube in the match that could give the first opportunity to the hosts to end the series at the best of five matches. The start will be at 4.30 p.m.: live on RAI 3 and Radio Dolomiti.

The opponents Cucine Lube Civitanova prepare itself to play the most important match ever played at Eurosuole Forum. The sports hall where it started to play in the final part of the season 2014/15 and since today none in Italy was able to win in it during this season (18 wins in a row). The white-reds Club will try to win game 3 that will guarantee to celebrate the fourth Championship of its history; the last one was won at PalaEvangelisti in Perugia in the May of 2014. in order to try and confirm the favorable trend in the Chmpionship Play Off Final series (in three previous attendances it always won), the hosts will count also on their supporters that have bought all the tickets already a week ago.
The precedents On Sunday Lube and Trentino Volley will play against for the 56 time in their history; the outcome smiles to the yellow-blue for 30-25, but during this season the six previous matches (two in the Play Off, two in the regular season, one in Supercoppa Italiana and one in Coppa Italia) has always smiled to the Marches, with the exception of the match played in regular season on the 13th of November won 3-1 at PalaTrento by Diatec Trentino. At Eurosuole Forum there are only four precedents, all lost (one tie break defeat and three 3-0 defeats).
The series Cucine Lube Civitanova has a 2-0 advantage in the series of 2017 UnipolSai Championship Play Off Final that is played at the best of five matches, thanks to the 3-2 win of Thursday night at PalaTrento (31-33, 25-22, 24-26, 30-28, 7-15) and the previous 3-0 win (25-18, 25-20, 25-17) gained in game 1 on the 25th of April at Eurosuole Forum. On Sunday game 3 in in the Marches, that could be the last one and give the 2017 Championship to the hosts only if they will win. If Diatec Trentino wins, the fourth match of the series will be played at PalaTrento on Wednesday 10th of May at 8.30 p.m..
The referees The match will be refereed by Stefano Cesare, first referee from Rome, and Fabrizio Pasquali, second referee from Ascoli Piceno. For Cesare, referee since 1999 and international since 2010, twenty-first seasonal match in SuperLega; three of them with Trentino Volley: 3-0 win on the 8th of January 2017 in regular season at PalaTrento against Piacenza, 3-2 win in Bologna the 28th of January 2017 against Modena in semifinal of Coppa Italia and 3-1 win on the 9th of April at PalaTrento against Perugia in game 3 of semifinal Play Off. For Pasquali, referee since 1997 and international since 2001, eighteen seasonal match in SuperLega; three of them with Trento: 3-0 away win in Sora on the 9th of October, 3-0 home win against Modena on the 19th of Febrauary and 1-3 defeat at PalaEvangelisti in Perugia in game 2 of semifinal Play Off.
TV, Radio and Internet Game 3 will be a worldwide event, thanks to the live on the television, radio and internet.
