Diatec Trentino-Biosì Indexa Sora 3-0, the match report

The chronicle of the match. Lorenzetti doesn’t change the starting six that Diatec Trentino has regularly proposed in the last three official matches: Vettori regularly covers the opposite role diagonally to Giannelli, Lanza and Kovacevic are the spikers of place 4, Eder and Kozamernik in the center, Pandis as libero. The Biosa Indexa Sora has shown Seganov as setter, Petkovic as opposite, Rosso and Nielsen as spikers, Caneschi and Mattei as middle blockers, Santucci as libero. With Kozamernik at the service, Trento immediately flies on 4-0 with an ace of Jan and a wall of Vettori on Petkovic. Sora tries to replicate with the Serbian (6-4), but then it is the same spiker who makes mistakes and gives back to the yellow-blues a large margin (8-4). Afterwards, a service of Giannelli on Rosso and a slash by Kozamernik still widen the scissors (12-7); the time out of Barbiero has the merit of regenerating the Biosì Indexa, which returns to the field a partial 0-3 that puts the set in balance. It's only a moment, because then the Diatec Trentino starts with Kovacevic to the net and Vettori to the service, scoring a 6-1 counter break (18-11). The partial final doesn’t give other shocks, because the premises continue to affect the service (20-14) and travel fast to 1-0, which arrives already on 25-15 with an awesome winning rebuild of Lanza.
The second set seems to promise a script similar to the one seen in the previous partial, with Trento immediately ahead 6-2, but Sora's pride, led by Petkovic in attack and by Mattei in the service, allows the team from Lazio to get up to minus one (10-9). Trento reacts and gains four points in correspondence of 14-10 at the hands of Vettori and Kovacevic, but also in this case the Biosì Indexa scores again with the bomber of the championship unleashed (14-13), forcing Lorenzetti to stop the game. At the beginning, however, a starting point for Vettori deceives the yellow-blues (17-14), which then are reassembled already at 19 and over 20-22 with another ace of Mattei. With Kovacevic attacking diagonally and Kozamernik's wall over Nielsen, Trento annuls two set balls (24-24); Uros also scored in another rebuilt, offering the opportunity to go on 2-0, which Giannelli capitalizes with an ace on the second attempt (27-25).
After surviving the danger, Diatec Trentino immediately tries and impose an important passive play during the first part of the third set (5-2. 9-5), so using the effectiveness of its service. During the central part of the set Vettori is the absolute protagonist and impose the others his rhythm. He performed great services and attacks (15-9), Sora tries to react but the yellow-blues keep their distance (20-15). During the final part of the set also Teppan and Cavuto do their part, together with Lanza and Vettori; the 3-0 arrives at the 25-21.
