The General Manager Da Re on Radio Dolomiti: “Play off, the highlight of the season"

The fifteen seasonal episode of “Trentino Volley in FM_dj per un giorno”, the broadcast that Radio Dolomiti dedicate to Diatec Trentino every week, allowed the spectators to follow the preview of the General Manager Bruno Da Re in view of the forthcoming beginning of the Playoff Scudetto. The yellow-blues’ manager answered to the questions of the supporters and of the host and speaker of PalaTrento Gabriele Biancardi. “This is the highlight of the season, we’ve worked all year to get the chance to do our best during this phase of the championship- affirmed Da Re.- “We went through a challenging and difficult year, at the beginning we faced some difficulties and we made mistakes but fortunately, we’ve found the right rhythm to get back up and to win a lot of matches that gave us the opportunity to gain the fourth position. This will allow us to play two matches out of three at PalaTrento (one of this matches will be against Verona) and, to compete for the European Cup next year”. “Hard days lie ahead because Verona is a strong rival and the same can be said for Chaumont, the French team that will give us a hard time with its prepared players and with a transalpine style of play made of defence and few mistakes. - continued the General Manager- It will be very hard. And the market? This is not the right moment to talk about that. Now we must focus on the matches in order to achieve the best result; it is thanks to our audience that has been wonderful during this season, with 2300 memberships and an average of 3400 spectators in each match. The other quarter finals? Two out of four matches, that one that concern us and that between Modena and Milan, are likely to be balanced and uncertain, but the best could come from the semifinals on word”.
