Trentino Diatec immediately in France for the going away match versus Chaumont

The schedule of the central part of the month of March 2018 of Trentino Volley doesn’t stop. In the late afternoon of today, after less than twenty-four hours from the five-sets victory in match 1of the quarterfinals of the Play Offs versus Verona, Trentino Diatec has in fact left for Reims, where it will face the National Champions of Chaumont VB 52 Haute Marne on Wednesday night for the going match of Play Offs 12 of 2018 CEV Volleyball Champions League.
In this occasion the Club of via Trener will return in France for the first time after the 2017 CEV Cup Final lost at the golden set last April 15th versus Tours and will aim for a positive result that could allow it to qualify for the Play Offs 6 phase; the regulation, in force for many seasons, provides in fact that Chaumont and Trento will face each other in a double match: the team who will win both the matches will qualify for the next turn; if both team will win a match at the tie-break o in case both teams will win a match in four sets, the golden set will decide the result of the clash.
The going will be played on March 14th at 8.30 p.m. and will be live broadcast by Fox Sports (channel 204 of the satellite platform of Sky), Radio Dolomiti and www.laola1.tv.; the return match in instead scheduled for March 20th at PalaTrento again at 8.30 p.m. (match not included in the seasonal ticket, pre-emption right available until 6 p.m. of March 14th, pre-sale of tickets available also on the Internet by clicking at www.vivaticket.it/ita/event/trentino-diatec-chaumont-play-off-12/110229).
Lorenzetti’s team will spend their Tuesday in Reims with a double weight session in the morning and an evening training session at Complex Sportif Rene-Tys, the hall in which Chaumont plays its home matches in this competition. The return in Italy is scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
