Trentino Diatec in Playoffs 6 with three amazing sprints!

After only one season of absence, the Trentino Diatec returns among the best seven teams in Europe thanks to the qualification for the Playoffs 6 of 2018 CEV Volleyball Champions League earned tonight at the BLM Group Arena. The debut of the new name of the PalaTrento was showed in the best way by Trentino Volley, which by 3-0 overtaking the French Champions of the Chaumont VB 52 Haute Marne in the return match of the Playoffs 12 have cross an important finish line, leading the yellow-blue club in the gotha of the continental volley.
The knockout at the tie break in the going match and the one immediately afterwards in Verona were thus canceled in one fell swoop by Angelo Lorenzetti's team, who managed to remain cold and focused in each final set and conquer them with three amazing sprints. The final 3-0 was in fact too severe for the guests, who often managed to score also in the second half of each set, but the hosts are to be credited with having found with the wall, the service and the attack on rebuilt the break necessary to close the match. On the shields the Brazilian Eder Carbonera (excellent in the first half but also in service) but also Zingel (3 blocks and 100% net) and Lanza, left on the bench but then very good to enter from the first set in the game climate. Best scorer of the meeting in the yellow-blue home the opposite Estonian Teppan, preferred by Lorenzetti to a Vettori not yet at its best and scored 13 times with 44% (with two aces). To know the opponent in the last double round before the Final of Kazan we will have to wait until Thursday evening, when the match will be played between Civitanova and Belchatow.
